Twelve pots per round. Cooked fresh. Every one from scratch.

Every dish at Harakama revolves around a kamameshi — a single clay pot of Niigata Shinnosuke rice, cooked to order over a low flame with hand-made dashi from Hiroshima. The pot arrives sealed. You lift the lid yourself.

The full course (1,350–2,500 THB per person) includes your choice of rice pot, a seasonal side, miso soup, and house pickles. À la carte pots are available at 450 THB less than the course price.

Umami, starting from zero.

Limited and small batched Dashi from Hiroshima. A small white dish with Japanese Dashi placed on a decorative square mat on a wooden table.

Harakama offers flavor, nutrition, and comfort, all in one pot. The approach is clean, structured, and approachable.

From shaping clay to creating delicious food on the potter's wheel, Harakama was born. And that food enters the body, leading to lasting happiness and health.
